The New Hampshire connection

After unloading on Tuesday and taking a breather on Wednesday, we headed north on Thursday. Because the states are small we were able to leave Connecticut, cross Massachusetts and travel nearly half way through the State of New Hampshire in about 3 and a half hours. We were within a hundred miles of the Canadian boarder when we arrived at Kayode and Nicole's house.
We hugged and greeted and were filled with amazement as we reconnected. This was particularly true with Charisma and Soloman who are 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 because they have changed so much and we didn't have any current pictures. They are all living in a wonderful little house in the White Mountains surrounded by trees and the springtime greening of the forest. We arrived to help bring in the black fly season which took away from spending long periods of time outside but the black flies will be gone pretty soon.
Among other things, we had a chance to talk about ideas for something to do as a family. We discussed the idea of a junk yard for buses. That would give us a business that we could all participate in and also a bus to load with Niabingy drums to deliver all over the country. Interesting concept I think. We would call it Bus Heaven and we might also have Appliance Heaven and Computer Heaven. A big neon sign with arrows pointing down and saying Heaven would help people find us.
Because Kayode and Nicole are both working at the Chinese restaurant in Plymouth, NH we all got a little loaded with Chinese food while we were there. We had a big family dinner the first night that included Nicole's father, Paul, and two brothers, Adam and Drew. Paul looks so much like Santa Clause that his nickname is father HOHO. He arrived at Kayode's on a full dress Kawasaki motorcycle and joined us later at the Chinese restaurant with the boys. Simon and Adam immediately double-teamed Kayode to see if they could get the best of him. It was a late night for Simon and Wendy because they stayed up with Kayode to do deliveries. He works until 2:00am.
